OGym
Task
At OGYM, we shifted the content strategy from generic gym posts to insight-driven storytelling. After conducting on-ground observation inside the gym, we identified real member behaviors, questions, and motivation triggers. Based on these insights, we developed a new video direction that reflected the authentic gym culture and daily challenges of the audience. Alongside this, our team crafted value-driven scripts designed to educate the fitness community—simplifying training concepts, correcting common mistakes, and sharing practical knowledge. This approach positioned OGYM not just as a place to train, but as a trusted fitness authority in the city, leading the market through education, credibility, and community-driven content.
