Task
For Afaq, the challenge was building a real estate brand from scratch. There was no office, no team, no active projects, and no portfolio — yet the objective was ambitious: to position the founder as a credible, prestigious figure capable of attracting partnerships with top developers in the city. We started with a powerful flagship video designed to establish authority and vision from day one. Instead of promoting non-existent projects, we created a cultural documentary-style piece that connected the city’s historical roots and identity with the evolution of real estate development over time. By aligning the brand with the city’s heritage, growth, and future potential, we built emotional resonance and strategic positioning simultaneously. The video received strong positive feedback from local audiences, generating trust and recognition despite the client’s humble budget. Through smart narrative positioning and cultural depth, we successfully transformed Afaq from an unknown broker into a visionary real estate brand ready to engage with major developers
